This application will calculate a 34hr reset, which factors in all 3 requirements per the new regulations. It can also calculate a standard 10-hour off-duty reset, and a 34-hour only reset (doesn't factor in the 168 hours from last reset). All 3 types of calculations allow for independent alarms for convenience. Simple and useful!

The major change in the new 2013 Hours-of-Service Regulation is how and when drivers can complete a 34-hour reset. Aside from the regulation changes, many companies are moving towards using electronic logs (eLogs) to calculate/keep track of a driver's On-Duty, Off-Duty, Sleeper Birth, and Long-Haul/Short-Haul Cycle times. Although these regulations and new ways to keep track of time are meant for safety and convenience, drivers are faced with additional stress of trying to manage their precious driving time because of it; driving for a living is stressful enough!
